Sharbel Shamoon began his career in residential finance in 2004 and has quickly earned a reputation for his legendary work ethic. During the early years of his career, Sharbel quickly earned top accolades for his tremendous production and service levels. In 2006, Sharbel became the first and most important addition to the American Street team. The culture, vision, and industry leading charitable philosophy American Street possesses, has accelerated his career. In addition to personally producing over $3 Million in loan volume monthly, Sharbel has single handedly organized and spearheaded the signature charity event for American Street Mortgage Company: The American StreetBall Classic. In 2009, the event raised well over $10,000 for United Way with the help of over 65 business sponsors and showcasing the best area Chicago basketball talent. Attendees included Governor Pat Quinn and a myriad of professional athletes. This incredible event truly illustrates the talent and generosity of Sharbel in conjunction with the American Street culture. Born and raised on the north side of Chicago, Sharbel graduated from Lane Tech Prep School with honors before earning a Bachelors of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). Sharbel is also an active member of the Steeterville Chamber of Commerce, River North Association, and Illinois Association of Mortgage Professionals. During his free time, Sharbel dedicates hours with his young nephews, Christian and Jacob. He is also committed to his first love: personal training. Having a twin brother own a successful personal training facility in Glenview, Sharbel has also earned a certificate in strength and fitness training with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Lastly, he is a die hard Chicago Cubs, Bears, and Bulls fan. |
